Frank attended Columbus High School and is an Eagle Scout. He also has his private pilot’s license.
At the University of Georgia, he is a Real-Estate/ Finance major and working towards a certificate in Entrepreneurship and Workforce Diversity.
A mentor of his explained, “It's better to set your sights high and fall short rather than setting your sights too low and accomplishing 100% of your goal." This is why he decided to take on a project the caliber of Interstate 14.
Justus Armstrong- Vice President & ALabama Rep

Justus Armstrong is a graduate of St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School and attends Auburn University. He is majoring in political science with a focus in campaign management and aiding. Justus plans to become involved in local and state politics to progress his home state of Alabama forward.
Justus has been active in his community though volunteering in campaigns, graduating Youth Leadership Columbus, and serving the homeless breakfast at his church, Trinity Episcopal. I-14 is yet another way he is involved in benefiting the community and its citizens through opportunity. Justus is inspired by the dialogue and actions of MLK including his quote “The time is always right to do what is right.”
Carsen Storey- Secretary & ALabama rep
Phenix City, AL | Auburn university
Carsen attended Brookstone High School where she was the Secretary of her senior class. Carsen also graduated from Youth Leadership Columbus with both Frank and Justus.
At Auburn University, Carsen is majoring in Psychology. She plans to be a counseling psychologist who works children and families.
Carsen joined the effort to make Interstate 14 a reality because she knows the difference this can make in the lives of many, especially those that she loves. She believes strongly in a quote. by Walt Disney that states, "All of our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them."
